Conjuror Community Club Review
Do you want to not only learn incredible magic, but find out exactly how you can use this awesome hobby to earn you a full-time income?
The Conjuror Community Club might be what you need.
If you’re reading this review, you’ve likely heard the above statements thrown around, but aren’t sure whether the Conjuror Community Club is really right for you or not.
Today I’m going to do my best to break down everything you need to know to make your mind up. Here’s what I’ll be covering…
- What is the Conjuror Community Club?
- What’s Included in the Membership?
- Who is Conjuror Community for?
- What I Like
- What I Don’t Like
What is the Conjuror Community Club?
Product: Conjuror Community
Price: $1 for your first month!
Training Quality: 9/10
Ease of Use: 7/10
My Rating: 8.5/10 (recommended).
The Conjuror Community Club is basically magician school…except the teachers are your favorite magicians, and you get to learn from the comfort of your home.
Let me explain.
The way in which we learn magic has come a LONG way in the last couple of decades.
Before the Internet, most magicians would learn through books or attending magic clubs. This method of learning worked for a lot of people, but it was also a tough process. Finding the right books is one thing; understanding them is an entirely different topic! Especially for younger magicians, books just weren’t enough.
Fast forward to nowadays, and almost any skill you can imagine is being taught online.
Want to learn marketing? There’s an online training program for that.
Want to learn how to code? There’s online training courses for that.
Want to learn how to do origami? Yep, there’s even courses for that too.
What about magic?
Well, this is where Conjuror Community come in. In my opinion, the Conjuror Community Club is THE number one online magic training program. There are other shops where you can buy magic online, but none of them offer a complete training program like this. That’s because Conjuror Community isn’t just a ‘program’. It’s a club. It’s a thriving community. The best way to describe Conjuror Community would be a LIFESTYLE.
Here’s a quick overview of what the Conjuror Community Club offers (we’ll be going over this in more depth here):
– Unlimited access to all their live lectures (huge masterclasses by professional magicians).
– Marketing plans and training for magicians looking to get paid for their skills
– Training for magicians of all styles; mentalism, coin magic, card magic.
– An exclusive community of magicians to give advice, support, and teach you
– Live 1-on-1 coaching with professional magicians
– HUGE CC Cash rewards on magic purchases ($1 in CC Cash for every $5 spent in the community store!)
Sounds pretty good so far, but does it really live up to the hype?
Those were my thoughts when I signed up for the Conjuror Community Club too. That’s why I’m going to do my best to show you EXACTLY what you’re actually getting when you sign up. Read on for my full review of the program…
Here’s the lowdown:
The Conjuror Community Club is a membership-based program built by professional magicians Aaron Fisher and Adam Grace. For a monthly fee, you get unlimited access to everything the Club has to offer. What does that include? That’s what we’ll be covering first.
What’s Included in the Membership?
This is perhaps the most important part of the review. What do you actually get for your money?
There’s good news and bad news.
The good news is there is A LOT included in your Conjuror Community Club membership. The bad news is that there’s so much packed into your membership it’s going to take me ages to write it out…
I’ll give it my best shot.
When you create an account at Conjuror Community, this is what your dashboard will look like.
As you can see, there are four main sections. ‘Member Home, My Account, Training, Facebook.’
But before we get into them – there’s one HUGE benefit that I want to discuss that isn’t on that list.
CC Cash and Member Rewards
It’s no secret that CC Club is the ‘premier’ online magic club, and as such it comes with the monthly cost of $38.60.
However, there’s a ‘hidden’ benefit that can actually PAY for your membership within your first month alone. Let me show you…
Of course, I’m talking about CC Cash.
How many shops can you name that literally PAY you to buy magic?
Not a lot…
Sure, there are some brands that offer ‘loyalty points’ or the occasional discount, but let’s face it…the rewards you get just aren’t that great. It’s clear that the program is just a scheme to get you to spend more, putting more money in the pocket of the company.
The Conjuror Community Member Magic Shop offers a rewards program so crazy, most people I talk about it to don’t believe me (even after I SHOW them it in action.) That’s because it just sounds too good to be true. Earn $1 instantly for every $5 you spend??
But it really is as good as it sounds (actually, once you find out the full story, you’ll realise it’s even BETTER than that!)
Let’s do the maths…
$1 for a month’s membership.
Let’s imagine you buy 5 magic tricks in a month, each about $20.
For each purchase, you receive $4 in CC Cash ($1 back for every $5 you spend, remember)
So all in all, you earn $20 in CC Cash.
You can redeem this $20 on ANY item in the store.
So for just $1, you get $20 worth of free magic!
If you use this benefit carefully, you literally get more in free magic per month than the membership costs. And that’s without even taking into account all the awesome ‘Lecture Packages’ that members get exclusive access to (when magicians like Rafael Benatar, Rob Zabrecky and others give lectures at CC, they often give out ‘Lecture Packages’ containing a collection of their greatest magic for a crazy low price.)
Do I really need to say any more???
Member Home
This is one of my FAVORITE parts of CC Club. In your Member Home, you’re going to find a personalised selection of short, ‘bite-sized’ video clips from a range of magicians – from CC special guests to the CC Panel themselves!
These clips include:
- Top training on powerful effects that you can master in minutes
- Hot tips on all aspects of magic – from getting booked more, to memorising stacks faster.
- Performances of stunning routines that aren’t available anywhere else (CC Members are the only people that get to watch them!)
- And much more…!
For example, when I take a look at MY personalised dashboard, I see (among many other clips) a whole ‘featured’ spotlight of David Regal mini-masterclasses, plus some great clips from magicians like Michael Ammar, Michael Close and Suzanne The Magician.
These clips are perfect if you want to get your daily dose of magic, but don’t have time to watch the full lectures available on CC.
In your Member Home page, you’ll also find a selection of Amazement Plans that you can dive into at any time (but more on them later!)
My Account
This category is where all the ‘technical bits’ go. From here, you can control everything related to your account- from your password to your membership status.
If you ever run into any problems at Conjuror Community you can also use the ‘Helpful Links’ section to email support with your query, or search to see if it is a common problem.
You can also use this section to access all the products you’ve purchased. However, as a member of the Conjuror Community Club, most of those products are free to you as part of your membership!
For the most part, I don’t imagine you’ll use this section much. But it will definitely come in useful every now if you ever have any technical issues or perhaps just fancy changing your password.
Training
You can access ALL the good stuff from here. Once you click on this section, you might be overwhelmed at first- there’s SO much magic. If you don’t select ANY filters, you’ll get a huge dropdown of ALL the products available to the Conjuror Community members.
Let’s try narrowing it down…
If you’re looking for training on marketing your magic, you could click ‘Magical Marketer’. This will narrow down all the search results so you only see the training made specifically to help you out with the marketing side of your magic.
This is definitely one of the areas where I found Conjuror Community outdid themselves. It would have been easy to slap together a few videos on making a Facebook page or basic website and call it a day, but that’s not what Conjuror Community have opted to do. Instead, they’ve compiled HUGE resources on loads of different aspects of marketing- maybe even areas you didn’t know existed.
So, if you’re interested in taking your magic professional, this is a great resource. My one complaint would be that some of these training videos may seem a bit unnecessary for most magicians (like this training on Password Management…), but it’s always better to overdeliver than underdeliver!
Next, try checking out the ‘Amazement Plans’
If you came to Conjuror Community to learn incredible magic, this is the place to do it. These ‘Amazement Plans’ are some of the best magic tutorials I’ve ever seen- and I’ve seen A LOT of magic tutorials. Each of these Amazement Plans could be sold for anywhere in the range of $10-$40 if you were to buy them individually. As a member of the Conjuror Community Club, you get them all free (for an unlimited time; you can watch them over and over again.)
So, just click on the ‘Amazement Plans’ section to take a look at some of the magic effects on offer. These are some really powerful effects.
Want proof? Here’s Jamie Raven performing a great magic routine on Britain’s Got Talent that you could learn how to do for only $1 when you sign up for the Conjuror Community Club.
Wow! Super strong routine. Here’s how you can learn it at Conjuror Community using the ‘Amazement Plans’ section.
Invisible Deck/ Second Sight
Jamie Raven opens up this routine with a simple but incredible card trick. This effect actually uses a trick deck called The Invisible Deck. It’s a very low-cost trick that basically GUARANTEES incredible reactions. Your audience thinks of a card (ANY card) and you show them that the card they are thinking of is the only face down card in the deck. In this case, that card was the 7 of Diamonds.
This trick is great, but there are a couple of flaws. The handling isn’t ‘clean’- your spectators can’t touch the cards (notice how Jamie was the only one to handle the deck?). There is also a bit of mental maths involved which can add pressure to the routine.
There’s a great effect in the Amazement Plans at Conjuror Community that solves BOTH these problems while keeping the power of the original routine. It’s more or less the same plot- your audience thinks of a card, and that card is the ONLY odd one out in the deck. It’s basically the Invisible Deck…but better. You’ll also learn how to make this deck yourself, so you never have to buy another trick deck again.
If you were to buy this effect individually it would cost you exactly $40.
What about the main part of the routine? You can learn that at the Conjuror Community Club too.
Bill in Lemon
This is a classic effect for street magicians all over the world. There are hundreds of different ways the trick might unfold, but the way you saw Jamie Raven do it is the most common…
The magician has the audience sign a dollar bill, so it is the only one like it in the world. He then promptly vanishes the bill. Sometimes he even rips it up right in front of the audience! In this case, Jamie transformed the bill into something else.
Next, he displays an ordinary lemon that has been in FULL view the entire time. Like Jamie did, this lemon might even have been nested away in a box or locked compartment. The magician takes a knife and cuts the lemon in half. He slowly separates the two halves and shows the audience what’s inside.
Any guesses?
Yep, a folded up dollar bill is inside the lemon. The magician takes the bill and unrolls it- it’s the very same dollar bill he had the audience sign!
This is a great trick that absolutely blows people away when done right.
If you were to buy the bill in lemon effect individually it might cost you $20 or more.
So if you were to buy the effects in this clip individually it could already cost you upwards of $60 (and this is only scratching the surface of what’s on offer). Fortunately, you can access all these products and more for only $1 at the Conjuror Community Club! The quality of this training plans is also very high; you’re learning from real magicians who know these techniques inside out.
That’s a pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
The Back Room
This is where ALL the Live Lecture events are stored. We already talked about how you can use the ‘Member Dashboard’ to see the most recent and upcoming lectures, but this is where you can find the complete library.
As a magician, you’ve probably encountered Live Lectures online somewhere before. The Penguin Magic Live Lectures are usually great, but you need to pay individually for each one. In the ‘Back Room’ of your Conjuror Community Club membership, you can view all the lectures as many times as you want for nothing more than $1 for your first month.
This is another strong point in Conjuror Community’s favor- as they say, it’s pretty much Netflix for magicians. Of course, this is a bit of an exaggeration, but there’s no denying the fact that there’s a lot of great material stored there.
The Conjuror Community offer regular live classes with some pretty big magic names. Here are a few of my favorites…
- Lee Asher. The creator of the stunning ‘Asher Twist’ and one the world’s most highly rated ‘magic lecturers’. Most magicians travel hundreds of miles to attend one of Lee Asher’s lectures. At Conjuror Community…the lecture comes to you!
- Caleb Wiles. A super clever magician with a lot of original ideas- you can learn the EXACT self-working routine he used on Penn and Teller Fool Us.
- Michael Ammar, a living legend of magic. Magic Magazine listed him as one of “The Most Influential Magicians of the Twentieth Century.”
- Steve Valentine, a famous TV magician who came to the Conjuror Community. His lecture is a great resource for those looking to learn Jazz Magic.
Calendar
Every week, Conjuror Community host a ‘Live Lecture’ for members of the club. The content of these lectures varies- sometimes they’ll bring in a famous magician like Steve Valentine to talk you through some great magic, or perhaps they’ll present a round-up of their favorite tricks of the month. A recent CC Lecture that is fast becoming a member favourite is the ‘CC Choice’ event where the expert panel discusses the hottest releases of the month – and which ones YOU should be investing in. This event will save you a LOT of money – no more ordering a trick because the trailer looks good, only to discover it’s nothing like you imagined. Whatever the subject matter they are almost always packed with solid, useful content.
Once a Live Lecture is published, you can view it as many times as you want.
But how do you keep track of all these Live Lectures?
This is exactly where your ‘Calendar’ comes in handy. You can see all the upcoming live events, and also sign up to attend – all in one place!
(NEW) The Library
This is a fairly new section to the Conjuror Community Club. If you prefer to learn through books, this is where you can find all the online eBooks that you can read free as part of your membership.
This is one of the weaker sections of the membership. There’s not a huge range of books- but what’s in there is high-quality stuff. For example, the ‘202 Methods of Forcing’ by Theodore Anneman. You get, as the title says, an eBook with over 200 different methods of forcing written by one of the most famous mentalists of all time; Anneman (also the author of Practical Mental Magic).
Watch this space- I’m sure there’s a lot more on the way.
(NEW) Card Magic Minute
This section confused me a bit. Is it a product? Is it a training plan? I’m not entirely sure what the purpose of this section is, but the quality is high.
Aaron Fisher runs you through a whole bunch of card magic techniques. He starts with a four-part masterclass on the overhand shuffle, moves into more advanced techniques, and includes his advice throughout. Definitely a very useful resource, but not anything groundbreaking. The real quality is found in the training center.
Facebook Group
The quality of this part of the membership seriously surprised me. I had read all the claims of the ‘thriving’ community of magicians, on hand to give you advice 24/7, but it all seemed a bit unlikely to me. Was there really some kind of ‘secret’ magician network that I could become part of by signing up to the Conjuror Community Club?
As it turns out, the answer was ‘Yes!’
When you join the Conjuror Community Club, you are automatically eligible to join the Conjuror Community Facebook group. This is a ‘safe space’ for magicians to openly talk effects, share stories and successes, and ask each other for advice. It’s actually a very active group; there are plenty of daily posts and members are constantly joining.
For me, this definitely is what made the Conjuror Community Club feel like a ‘club’ in the true sense of the word. So if you do decide to sign up to the membership, do yourself a favor and join the Facebook group. It doesn’t cost you anything extra and it will definitely enhance the quality of your experience at Conjuror Community.
Who is Conjuror Community for?
One of the things I really like about the Conjuror Community is how it caters for a lot of different skill levels. Since there’s so much content and training plans available, there’s really something for magicians of every level.
There’s a great feature that you can find in the Training Center that allows you to sort all of Conjuror Community’s products by skill level. For beginners, just select ‘beginner’ here and the results will be tailored to you!
Likewise, you can select both ‘Intermediate’ and ‘Advanced’ from the sidebar too. This will allow you to sort all the training by YOUR skill level.
Magicians who are interested in going professional can also hugely benefit from the Conjuror Community. As I mentioned earlier, a huge portion of the training is dedicated to getting yourself out there as a magician and securing clients for your shows. Plus, you can use the Facebook group to learn from other magicians experiences and see what works for them.
Here are some of the testimonials from other magicians who’ve tried out the Conjuror Community Club.
“I have been doing magic for ten years… and with my son for about the past five years. In just a couple of months at CC Club have learned more than with 10 years of ‘everything else’. I’m now learning really great techniques that will serve me for life. Thanks a million Conjuror Community!”
Mike Sprowl – Club Member
“Adam and Aaron speak from experience. I’ve learned more about performing and marketing my show in the last 3 months than I have everywhere else. Conjuror Community is leading a brave new world in magic. This is no regular magic club… CC Club sets the bar very high! It is the best investment you will ever make in your magic career!”

My personal experience…What I like
– This isn’t some ‘amateur’ training program by some unheard of magicians looking to make a quick buck. This is the real deal; top quality magic taught by top quality magic.
– You can try it out for very low risk (only $1 for your first month). There’s really not much to lose! You can cancel at any time if it’s not right for you.
– The Training Center is constantly being updated with fresh magic effects and tutorials. Conjuror Community has some big things planned for down the line- it’s a really exciting program that is constantly expanding.
– A monthly fee is a great way to manage your magic spend. It’s easy to overspend on magic without realizing, but with your Conjuror Community membership you only need to pay once for full access to all the tricks. This way you’ll always be on top of your money and won’t surprise yourself with any unexpected charges.
– Adam and Aaron are a great pair of magicians to learn from; they’re friendly, professional, and dedicated to YOUR success.
My personal experience…What I don’t like
– I think the site could be easier to navigate. It took me a while to figure out what each section did and how to find my way around. The ‘Tour’ feature wasn’t as useful as it could have been.
– There’s so much material, it can be overwhelming to figure out where to start.
– The ‘Library’ of eBooks is pretty small, but I’m anticipating that this will be an area of growth moving forward.
Summary:
On the whole, I’d highly recommend the Conjuror Community Club membership. It’s a very low-risk investment that you can try out for only $1 for your first month. Once you’re in, you’ll realize the value of being a member- there’s loads of awesome training for magicians of all skill levels. This training covers all kinds of topics- from Book Tests and sleight of hand to building your own magic website and getting noticed in the search engines.
I hope you enjoyed my Conjuror Community Club Review! If you have any further questions, feel free to leave them in the comments section and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
BONUS CONSIDERATION: Why CC is a good club to join in 2020…
Magic clubs are closed. Conventions canceled. Your only audience is your dog.
So let me break it to you:
Your feline friend is more interested in taking a crap than he is about your pass (no matter how good your handling).
In other words…they don’t care. And chances are, neither does anyone else in your house (by now it’s likely just background noise.)
But you know who DO care?
Other magicians.
“But Benji, I can’t meet up with other magicians right now! What in the world are you suggesting? Break the law??”
Here’s where I get into the real point of this admittedly obnoxious email:
Using the link at the bottom of this email, you can join the most ‘premier’ community in magic for 30 days, the Conjuror Community Club, for just $1.
As a member of Conjuror Community, you’ll gain access to their Private Facebook Group—the most supportive, knowledgeable group of magicians in the world. The CC group ‘vibe’ is one of the best in magic, which makes it a great place for amateurs to cut their teeth.
But don’t let that fool you… there are some seriously skilled guys and gals hanging out in there, including but not limited to:
Tim Hannig (author of recent bestseller ‘Perform’), Suzanne The Magician, Nathan Kranzo, Doug Conn, Glenn Morphew (as seen on Penn and Teller), Jason Dean, Mark Clearview (who made his Magic Castle debut last year), Jonathan Levit (creator of ‘The Stranger’)…and of course, CC-Co Founders Aaron Fisher and Adam Grace.
I’ve literally seen people hand out free passes to the Magic Castle in there. It’s wild.
Oh, and that’s not all. As a member, you’ll also get:
* 40+ on-demand ‘Mini-Masterclasses’ in a personalised member dashboard, each featuring a single miracle you can learn in 10 or 20 minutes! (shot with artists like Michael Ammar, Lee Asher and David Regal)
* 36+ Elite Video Training Plans – detailed training on classics of magic like the ‘Bill in Lemon,’ ‘Coins Across,’ and ‘The Matrix.’ (these are some of the best training videos on the real ‘classics’ I’ve seen)
* Weekly Live Events – exclusive workshops and member events feature hands-on training on all aspects of magic.
* CC Cash Rewards – enjoy exclusive deals, discounts and Cash Rewards. (if you use this one right, you literally make money by being a CC Member.)
* Exclusive Celebrated Guest Lectures – unprecedented Access to World Famous Magicians at our infamously candid ‘Living Room Lectures’.
* Member Masterminds, Events and Jam Sessions – Weekly Jam Sessions based on your schedule (more chance to meet people that actually care about your magic!)
The link below will take you straight to the CC checkout page, where you’ll be able to try all the above out for 30 days for just $1:
https://thedailymagician.com/conjuror-community-1-dollar
NOTE: Fair warning: after your first month, membership ain’t cheap ($40 a month). However, you can cancel at any time using a ‘one click cancellation’ page.
I purchased the “Transient Coin” effect. I had some handling issues with the effect and Adam shot a “personal video” for me, sent it to me via email, and it cleared up my issues. WOW, now how cool is that!! True professional service.
Glad you had a good experience with Conjuror Community! That’s been my experience too – always going above and beyond. Highly recommend.
