That being said, if you're vanishing smaller CD's/Vinyl's it's fairly angle proof from the front, but for Laserdisc's and large vinyl's you will need to put a bit of distance between you and a larger audience. 

(which makes sense when you're working with such large props - they have to go somewhere...) 

We think this material is fantastic for social media, stage or formal settings - but would be very difficult to make work in a closeup/walkaround environment. 

Answer 2: NO you don't need huge hands. 

Of course it does help with some of the concealment, but here's a video of a child performing the very same vanishes you've just seen...

Answer 3: While the foundation of this project is a lot of lap work, WOJ has some insane ideas and subtelties that elevate the base method beyond that (plus this can be done standing up!)

So the CD's, Laserdiscs, and Vinyl's have to go SOMEWHERE, but this method can also be applied standing up, as seen in the video below.
